Thanks to "windows moviemaker" and a tip from Mynn I manage to fix the waterfall. I initially had some problems in converting it to a web viewable format.
Searched the web for a converter into mpg or VCD format but most free programs will have an awful tagline across the converted video. Any hints in looking for a tag free converter?

haha, glad you got it fixed. as for saving to a web viewable format: windows movie maker has the option to '"save as" for "web viewable". then it will ask the connection speed: 500kbps is sufficient. insya allah easy & tag free.
